Using ESANtv
ESANtv helps you find what to watch and where to watch it legally. You agree to use it lawfully and to respect other people and their rights while you do.
What ESANtv is, and is not
We provide discovery, information, and links to official destinations. We do not host, copy, or stream other people's video, and we do not grant you the right to watch anything. Availability is licensed per country by the people who own the rights, and it can change.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Some actions, such as writing reviews, need a verified email. Privileged roles need extra protection such as multi-factor sign-in.
Content you post
Reviews, ratings, and lists you create stay your responsibility. Follow the community guidelines. We can remove content that breaks the rules or the law.
Sponsored content
Some placements are paid. We always label sponsored content clearly and keep it separate from organic results. We never hide that something is sponsored.
Rights and takedowns
If you believe something on ESANtv infringes your rights, use the copyright report path. We handle reports as records, review them, and act where warranted.
Changes
When these terms are finalised they will show an effective date and the details of the company that provides ESANtv. Those details are being confirmed and will appear here.
